The Lions Club International has announced a new Global Service Framework.  Therefore, Clubs worldwide are shifting focus to 5 areas of service.  They are:

Vision, Hunger, the Environment, Pediatric Cancer, and Diabetes.

The Shawnee Lions Club already has an active eyeglass recycling program as well as access to an eye screening camera.  Do you have an interest or passion in these areas?  If so, this is a great time to become a Lion!
